A Project for Each Area of Law
Conveyancing, probate, family law, litigation, practice admin. Each project has its own instructions, including the Law Society rules for that area, and your own precedents as its knowledge.
Connected to Your Systems
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus DocuSign and Box. Everyone signs in with their own account, so Claude only sees what that person can already see.
Projects are walled off. Instructions, precedents and chat history stay inside their own area of law. Nothing from Family Law reaches Conveyancing.

Straight Answers
Every solicitor we talk to raises the same concerns. They deserve proper answers.
What about client confidentiality?
Everything runs in your practice's own Claude Team workspace, under Anthropic's commercial terms and a data processing agreement, and your data is not used to train the models. Roles and project access decide who sees which matters, and each connector only shows Claude what the signed-in person can already see. We never use consumer AI plans.
Doesn't AI make things up?
It can, which is why every workflow is built to catch it. Every point has to cite its source document, anything without a source is marked "to confirm" rather than guessed, and a separate check audits each draft against the sources before you see it. Then you review it. Nothing is sent without a solicitor.
Why Claude Team rather than a legal AI product?
Many legal AI products put their own interface and pricing on top of a general AI model. We set you up on Claude itself, in a workspace your practice owns, with your precedents and rules built in. You aren't locked into a platform, and improvements to Claude reach you as they are released.
Will it replace me, or my staff?
No. AI is good at the repetitive parts: first drafts, summaries, cross-checks, formatting. It has no judgment, no client relationship and no professional duty. Those stay with you. What changes is where your hours go: less retyping and chasing, more billable work.
I tried ChatGPT and it wasn't much good for legal work.
That's the most common experience, and it usually comes from using a generic tool cold. Generic AI gives generic output. Set up around your area of law, your precedents and your house style, it behaves very differently. That set-up is exactly what we do.
I'm not technical. Will I actually use it?
If you can write an email, you can use this. It works in plain English, and the connectors mean it works on the emails and documents you already have. We run the first workflows with you on a live matter, so you've seen it work before we step back.
Where does the Law Society stand on AI?
Supportive of careful adoption. The Law Society of Ireland has published guidance on the use of generative AI in the profession, and the consistent message is supervision, confidentiality and professional judgment, and that consumer AI tools are not suitable for client data. That is why every practice we work with runs on a Claude Team workspace under a data processing agreement, with the Law Society's rules for each area of law written into that project. AI prepares, the solicitor approves.
